The World's Strangest Mysteries by Gallery Books Gallery Books, 1987, N.Y. 736 pages |
| This is a collection
of stories of true accounts of strange phenomena. There are chapters on
ghosts, favorite haunts, mysteries of the mind, mysteries of mankind,
mystics and mediums, and of special interest to our readers, UFOs. The chapter on UFOs is 132 pages long. Unfortunately, there is no mention of source material consulted for this publication. Some of the stories I feel read more like tabloid articles. There isn't even an author's name given for this book. Did it write itself? I can not recommend this book because I believe it contains information from unreliable sources and may confuse the reader who is a newcomer to the world of strange phenomena. |
