The Hollow Earth by Dr. Raymond Bernard Lyle Stuart Inc., New Jersey, 1969 191 pages - Paperback - photos |
| This book is about
the theory that the Earth is hollow. Many ethnic tribes in their myths
tell of subterranean dwellers. The authors sees these myths as racial
memories of a hollow earth that is inhabited. Some of the chapters try to link UFOs with the hollow earth theory. Personally I don't believe the author did a good job of explaining his thesis. However, chapter eleven on UFOs in ancient times does have some interesting quotes from ancient writers about strange objects seen in the skies. I don't recommend this book, however, even the worst book has some readers and The Hollow Earth has seen several printings since it was first published so there must be many readers curious about the subject. |
